Practice of Kundalini

If a person Ready to Start Practice of Kundalini,

First the person learn Yohasana for physical fitness. Second he must Start Sat karma (Douti, Basti, Nouli, Neti, Trataka and Kapalapati) Purification of all physical fitness. Third, He must learn About the Pranayama (Basthrika, Kapalapati, brahmri, ujjayi, anolam vilom, shitkari, shitali and pilavini)

And then Mudras, Sitting postures, chanting Mantras, Creating Sounds, Particular Low lighted Space, Early Morning and Time of Sun set Etc..

A common person cannot do this, meditate, and practice.

Leave everything mentioned above Just practice our Srana Yoga Even you are Driving a vehicle is possible. Our SRANA GURU gave us the such simple way to practice to get the Results of Kundalini.
