Regulation
(Niyam) - 3 Santhosha (Happiness)
Inclined meaning for this Discipline is Happy.
How an Emotion became a Discipline. Let’s see that. How a person become happy, only
when the time of his wish became true. Yes but all the wishes of a person will
fulfilled, there the question If not how is it possible. Now the discipline
starts, whenever a person did his duty, he must not expect the result, exactly
as he expected. Maybe a person gave his entire efforts with dedication. If a
stone was thrown with maximum efforts with perfect aim, before it reach its
target the Stone undergone thousands of obstacles. So the results depend upon
those obstacles only, but efforts must be given to achieve the goal. Finally satisfy
with the results which we get. That satisfaction is called CONTENTMENT.
Satisfy, what we have, what we get, by continues practice and train your mind
results, Happiness. Tats the permanent happiness ever. No Angry, Craving,
Jealous Fear etc..
Contentment will not in outside world. If you are
not satisfied with what you have or get, By hard earned. There is no end for
Craving. The duty done result came, which you are not expected loss of effort,
but you did properly that duty; you have to convince yourself that the result
which earned was right. No problem again you can try do not blame the result.
Whatever you receive, receive as it is.
Nothing can satisfy one single human being in this world. So for satisfaction need to bring from the beneath from the self only. That maturity will make the person great human, if they satisfy, then only they can donate something to others. Freedom from greed. Otherwise they cannot say the word enough.

A diamond necklace which is in the locker is also
in the mind, most expensive car which parked the garage is also in your mind.
similarly dozens of cars, dozens of houses. all the precious things in tonnes
were in the mind itself and filled with these things, then how can they think
about Contentment. Gautama Buddha says throw everything from your mind and
then you can rise above your mind. so these were the rubbish to be cleaned your
mind and get contentment.
The great wonder of this discipline is it helps a lot
if a person is in misery. Some misery or loss will not stay for a long span of
time, only people used to extend it. Human mind will not think like that, and
it thinks till end the misery will continue, As a illusion it creates. On that
situation this contentment happy with the things having now. Also the worry
about the past was not there, Anxiety about the future will not be there,
satisfaction with now what we have, this is a great stage our ancient gurus
used to says this. For the inner peace this Santosha helps to keep the seeker,
Maintain the inner happiness helps the seekers accept, whatever the life gave,
What we got is the best, This lesson everyone teach to their mind to train in
such a way. Mahaguru Thirumooler says you don't need Vaasi, if you train your
mind properly. This discipline must be compliance with thri karana You
have to accept as it is with full minded, otherwise if you are not accept as it
is with speech only means, your action reflects through the senses of your mind
and tats bad.
will attains great pleasure, peace of mind, Joy,
etc..
